Every order is packed by me, by hand, and on its way within 1–3 business days with tracking.
How your order travels
Single packs and blisters go in a padded bubble mailer, held flat between card protectors so corners don't bend.
Bundles, boxes and tins go in a Uline corrugated box sized to the product, not a one-size box with air in it.
Elite Trainer Boxes and premium collections get a box with room for padding on every side.
Every order is factory sealed when it leaves. Never resealed, never weighed, never searched.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was lost, email TCGReserve@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). Send your order number and photos of the package and product. Once I've confirmed it, I'll send a replacement or a refund. Not "case by case".
