Returns & Refunds

All sales at TCG Reserve are final. Because we sell sealed, collectible trading-card product whose contents are random and determined by the manufacturer — and to guarantee against tampering — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind, opened product, or the specific cards pulled from a sealed item. This is standard practice for sealed trading-card product.
