Shipping Policy

Order processing. Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Transit times. United States: 2–5 business days after processing. International: 5–8 business days after processing.

Carrier & packaging. We ship via trusted carriers (USPS/UPS) and package every order securely to protect sealed product and ensure it arrives in collector-grade condition.

Delays. While most packages arrive on time, events outside our control (weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs) can occasionally cause delays. Exact delivery dates aren’t guaranteed.

Tracking & lost packages. Once your tracking shows movement, the carrier is responsible for delivery. If a package is lost or stuck, contact us and we’ll help open a claim.
