Shipping Policy

Order processing. Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost. Free US shipping on orders of $200 or more (US addresses only). Below $200, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and package.

Transit times. United States: 2–5 business days after processing. International: 5–8 business days after processing.

Carrier & packaging. We ship via trusted carriers (USPS/UPS) and package every order securely to protect sealed product and ensure it arrives in collector-grade condition.

Delays. While most packages arrive on time, events outside our control (weather, holidays, carrier delays, customs) can occasionally cause delays. Exact delivery dates aren’t guaranteed.

Tracking & lost packages. Every order ships with tracking. If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows it was lost in transit, email us at TCGReserve@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos. Once we've confirmed the issue, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.
