Delta Reign's Full Product Lineup, Explained

Back in June, Mega Evolution—Delta Reign was just a teaser and a date. As of August 20 it’s fully revealed — card counts, four Mega Evolution Pokémon ex, a genuinely new Trainer mechanic, and the complete retail product lineup. Here’s what’s actually confirmed, and what we’d do with it.

The dates that matter

Delta Reign releases in English on November 6, 2026, making it the sixth English Mega Evolution set. Prereleases run October 24 through November 1. Preorders on PokemonCenter.com haven’t been dated officially; based on how the last two sets went, September is the reasonable expectation rather than a promise.

What’s in the set

Worth knowing: Delta Reign is not a straight copy of one Japanese set. It pulls from Storm Emeralda (released in Japan July 31, 110+ cards) and absorbs about 30 unique cards from the MEGA Starter Decks — Eevee ex, Zoroark ex and Meowscarada ex. That’s the first English set since Phantasmal Flames to merge multiple Japanese sources. One of the seven candidate deck Pokémon ex gets cut; only six make it in. The Kyogre illustration rare from Storm Emeralda is also cut from the main set and reassigned as the Elite Trainer Box promo.

The new Legendary Stadiums

The mechanic worth paying attention to: three new Stadium cards that come in halves. Each has “Legendary” in its name and you need both halves in play to use it — a deliberate callback to the HG/SS-era LEGEND cards. Because both halves share a card name, deckbuilding math changes: you can only run two complete sets in a deck. Competitive players should read that carefully before assuming these are four-ofs.

The product lineup

Confirmed products so far: booster box, four booster pack artworks (Mega Rayquaza, Golisopod, Golurk, Malamar), Elite Trainer Box (with a separate Pokémon Center version), Build & Battle Box, Booster Bundle, a Seel blister, a Spritzee checklane blister, premium checklane blisters (Ampharos, Delphox), and two Target checklane blisters (Xerneas/Deoxys, Keldeo/Delibird).

One honest caveat: no MSRPs, pack counts, or contents lists have been published yet. The reveal was product photography only. Anyone quoting you a firm Delta Reign price today is guessing, and more product images were expected shortly after the reveal — treat the list above as current, not final.

How we’d approach it

The Japanese Storm Emeralda product has been out since July 31, so real pull data and card images already exist months ahead of the English launch. That’s the useful part of this timing: you can decide before preorders open whether you want to chase singles or buy sealed to rip. If Mega Rayquaza ex is the card you want, singles from the Japanese print are already a live option.

For sealed holders, the merged-source structure is a mild positive — a bigger, denser set with content pulled from two products. It’s not a scarcity story on its own.

We’ll be stocking authentic sealed Delta Reign product as allocation allows, English and Japanese, shipped directly from us. See what’s in stock right now.

Card counts, product lists and dates are as announced on August 20, 2026 and can shift before launch. We don’t quote prices on product that hasn’t shipped.
