Delta Reign Prerelease Promos and Pokémon Center Preorders: What to Know
Mega Evolution—Delta Reign hits English shelves on November 6, 2026, and the run-up is now taking shape: preorders opened on the Pokémon Center on September 30, and PokéBeach revealed the four prerelease promos on September 28. Here's what's confirmed and how we'd approach it.
Prerelease dates and the four promos
Prerelease events run October 24 through November 1, ahead of the November 6 street date. The prerelease promos are four new alternate-art cards of Pokémon that appear in the set:
| Promo | Card number |
|---|---|
| Masquerain | MEP EN 111 |
| Magmortar | MEP EN 112 |
| Enamorus | MEP EN 113 |
| Kommo-o | MEP EN 114 |
These come from prerelease kits and event play, not from regular booster packs, so they're a separate chase from the main set. Event promos like these are usually only worth a modest premium once supply settles, so treat any early asking prices skeptically.
Pokémon Center preorders: limits to know
Pokémon Center opened preorders for select Delta Reign products on September 30, about 37 days before release (Pitch Black opened 37 days early; Chaos Rising, 39). Per PokéBeach, the listings carry purchase limits:
| Product | Reported limit per customer |
|---|---|
| Pokémon Center Elite Trainer Box | 2 |
| Booster Bundle | 1 |
| Booster Box | 1 |
Those limits are why plenty of collectors check other sellers on release week. Limits mean a first-wave sell-out is plausible, though we can't predict how fast it will happen.
Should you preorder, or wait?
Honest take: there's no rush for most buyers. Mainline sets have generally been printed in large volume, and prices on sealed product tend to settle after the launch-week excitement. If you want specific exclusives, preordering is reasonable; if you just want to open packs, waiting a few weeks usually costs less than chasing launch-week demand.
Two practical tips. First, buy sealed from a source you trust, since that matters more on a new set than a few dollars saved. Second, decide whether you want to play prerelease or just own the promos; the event is where the promos come from.

Dates, limits and availability come from PokéBeach and the Pokémon Center as of October 5, 2026 and can change; prices and stock move, so check before you buy.
