The catch: each one is tied to a specific retailer, so if you want a particular card, you need to know where to shop. Here's the breakdown.
Which store has which promo
The promos are split across retailers. Buy the qualifying products at the right store and you get the matching card while supplies last.

Note that Primarina is effectively the US-exclusive of the three, spread across Hot Topic, Barnes & Noble, and BoxLunch. Zarude and Armarouge each have a single US home.
How to qualify
The standard rule applies: spend $15 or more on Pokémon TCG products at a participating retailer — including that retailer's website — and the promo comes with your order while stock lasts. There's no separate purchase for the card itself; it's a giveaway with a qualifying spend.
A few practical notes. Promos are handed out on a first-come, first-served basis and tend to disappear fast online, so ordering early on or near launch day is your best shot. In-store availability varies location to location, and staff don't always remember to include the card, so it's worth confirming at checkout.
What makes these promos different
Instead of a store logo or a Pitch Black set stamp, all three cards carry the 30th anniversary "What's Your Favorite?" logo as the foil stamp — a nice tie-in to Pokémon's anniversary year. They're printed on cosmos holofoil stock, the shimmering "galaxy" foil pattern collectors know from past promos. That combination makes this batch a little more distinctive than a typical set-stamped promo, which is part of why they're worth grabbing if the Pokémon you like is on the list.
Should you chase them?
Store promos are, first and foremost, a nice freebie for buying product you were probably going to buy anyway. They're not typically high-dollar chase cards, so we wouldn't recommend overspending just to complete the trio — especially with launch-window pricing at some retailers running above MSRP.
